Contract Type: Full-Time Employment (FTE)

Experience: 5–8 Years / 8–12 Years

Budget:

• 5–8 Years – Up to 20 LPA
• 8–12 Years – Up to 27 LPA
• Notice Period: Immediate preferred (Serving notice acceptable up to 15 days)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Developer to join Apptad’s dynamic team. This is a client-facing techno-functional role requiring deep expertise in Oracle CPQ configuration, integration, and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle CPQ design, configuration, and implementation efforts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into CPQ solutions.
• Develop and customise BML scripts and workflows for pricing, quoting, and approvals.
• Integrate Oracle CPQ with Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure CPQ solutions adhere to best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and production deployment.
• Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users and teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of Oracle CPQ implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in BML scripting and CPQ configuration.
• Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Salesforce and/or Oracle Fusion.
• Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT.
• Strong programming knowledge: JavaScript, SQL.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience leading development teams or acting as a technical lead.
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices for CPQ deployment.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple projects.
