OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD

Lead the charge in EarlyJobs' hiring operations as a Hiring Manager (Operations / Team Lead), where you'll oversee teams to deliver exceptional recruitment services while meeting stringent SLAs in our Bangalore office. This leadership role combines people management with operational oversight in a high-pressure, results-oriented startup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of recruiters, placement coordinators, and operations staff, assigning tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Allocate job roles strategically and monitor delivery timelines to ensure all client commitments are met without delays.
• Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and uphold quality standards across all hiring activities, conducting regular audits.
• Review daily and weekly performance metrics, such as fill rates, time-to-hire, and team productivity, to drive continuous improvement.
• Coach team members through one-on-one sessions, training programs, and performance feedback to enhance skills and boost overall productivity.
• Coordinate with sales teams and the Founder’s Office to align on priorities, share operational insights, and contribute to strategic planning.
