Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated NOC Support / Engineer with strong telecom domain expertise, fluent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a 24/7 rotational shift environment. The ideal candidate should be technically sound in SIP protocol, possess hands-on troubleshooting experience, and have exposure to international telecom support environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st-level technical support on telecom-related issues including VoIP and TDM systems.
• Troubleshoot services like 8YY, 8XX, and 1+ telecom offerings.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve network/service-related problems.
• Monitor network alarms and escalate issues based on severity.
• Handle inbound support tickets, emails, and calls professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain documentation and logs of support cases in internal systems.
• Proactively block telecom fraud using internal monitoring policies and tools.
• Participate in shift handovers, knowledge sharing, and SOP documentation.
• Stay updated with latest telecom technologies and tools (SIP, Wireshark, trace analysis).
• Comply with service agreement (mandatory 2-year bond upon joining).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Graduate (B.Sc, BCA, B.E. or equivalent preferred).
• 2–6 years of NOC / Technical Support experience in Telecom domain.
• Mandatory knowledge of SIP protocol and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Strong command over English communication; no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence).
• Must be willing to work in US business hours / rotational night shifts.
• Proficient in VoIP, TDM, network monitoring, trace tools like Wireshark.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.

Additional Details:

• Transport facility provided only for select areas: Old & New Sangvi, Khadki, Pimple Gurav, Bopodi, Dapodi.
• Petrol reimbursement as per slab for other locations.
• A 2-year service agreement is mandatory.
• US telecom support experience preferred.
