Java Full Stack Developer (Lead Engineer / Technical Lead)

Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable Java-based full-stack applications. - Drive technical architecture and design decisions for new and existing systems. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a culture of excellence. - Oversee code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. - Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and other teams to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions. - Design and develop APIs, microservices, and front-end user interfaces using modern frameworks. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack. - Promote continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and technologies. - Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their applicability to projects. Requirements - Extensive experience in Java development, including Spring Boot and Spring Framework. - Deep understanding of front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. - Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles. - Proficiency with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control systems (Git). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Ability to lead technical discussions and make architectural decisions. - Proven ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
