Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer – 3-Month Contract (Onsite)

Location: Pune (Work from Office – Local Candidates Only)

Employment Type: Contractual (3 Months, with potential for extension or absorption)

• Duration –  3 months ( 80% possibility, it will be get extended)

Salary Range: ₹1,50,000 – ₹2,50,000 per month (Negotiable based on skillset and experience)

Job Summary:

A leading enterprise client (name confidential) is looking for seasoned Java Full Stack Developers with a strong command over backend and frontend technologies. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven background in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices architecture, along with cloud and DevOps experience. This is a contract-to-hire position with high visibility in ongoing product development and deployment.

The role demands a proactive mindset, collaborative attitude, and solid engineering fundamentals to work in a fast-paced agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance enterprise-grade applications.
• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle for assigned modules.
• Work extensively on Java 8+, Spring Boot framework, and microservices architecture.
• Design and build user-facing web interfaces using Angular and Bootstrap.
• Create, document, and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Ensure code quality through unit tests, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Integrate applications with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and GitHub.
• Deploy and manage cloud-hosted applications (preferably on AWS).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and Project Management.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate with DB teams for performance-optimized SQL queries and schema design.

Technical Skills Required:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Strong command of Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, and Microservices.
• 2+ years of frontend development experience in Angular (preferred), with good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Proficient with relational databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Solid experience with version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Hands-on with containerization tools like Docker.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira).

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of Kubernetes, Jenkins pipelines, or similar container orchestration tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in production.
• Knowledge of security best practices in web application development.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (BE/B.Tech/MCA preferred)
