Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to support daily stock management and inventory operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring smooth inventory movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and update daily inward and outward stock entries.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory registers and systems.
• Verify received goods and check quality and quantity.
• Coordinate with store and sales teams for stock requirements.
• Support physical stock verification and audits.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies or damages.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of products.
• Prepare basic inventory and stock reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, store, or warehouse management.
• Experience in retail/showroom or jewellery/fashion industry is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, English, and Tamil.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and stock management tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Honest, punctual, and reliable.
