Job Description:
We are hiring fresher candidates for an International Healthcare Voice Process. The role involves handling voice interactions with US customers and delivering high-quality customer support while adhering to defined healthcare processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher candidates only
- BE / BTech / Postgraduate candidates are not eligible
- Immediate joiners preferred
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
- Ability to clearly understand and respond to US accents
- Strong listening and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work in US shifts
Preferred Skills:
- Prior exposure to international voice or healthcare processes (added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology (optional)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
Salary & Benefits:
