The role primarily involves managing customer interactions across Voice, Chat, and Blended processes for international and domestic clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice and chat support
• Resolve queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Adhere to company protocols and service level standards
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Eligibility:

• Graduate freshers welcome
• Undergraduates must have at least 6 months of BPO experience with valid documents
• Fluent English communication is mandatory

Salary:

• International Process: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• Domestic Process: Up to ₹16,000 per month
