Inside Sales Associate (Tele-Calling) Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new sales opportunities. - Identify and qualify leads through research and direct engagement. - Present product/service information and value propositions to potential clients. - Handle customer inquiries and overcome objections effectively. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Follow up on leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
