About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Control Operator to join our Risk Consulting – Cyber practice. The role involves managing infrastructure control operations, supporting compliance efforts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure risk mitigation, audit readiness, and adherence to infrastructure standards. This is a hands-on role requiring strong control execution, reporting, and audit support skills.

Key Responsibilities

Control Execution & Monitoring

• Perform Business-As-Usual (BAU) infrastructure control operations.
• Ensure control procedures are executed efficiently and within deadlines.
• Continuously evaluate control performance and escalate concerns when necessary.

Reporting & Documentation

• Track and maintain KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KRIs (Key Risk Indicators).
• Document all control operations in a structured, repeatable playbook format.
• Prepare reports highlighting anomalies, trends, and risk concerns.

Audit & Evidence Management

• Maintain complete, compliant records of all operational activities.
• Provide timely evidence and documentation for internal/external audits.
• Support audit preparation, coordination, and remediation efforts.

Collaboration & Compliance

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory obligations.
• Cooperate with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to address findings.
• Follow cyber-security diligence and risk management protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure control, risk management, or infrastructure operations.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience in control testing and SOX/SOC audits.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure platforms and standards.
• Proven ability to track, operate, and maintain infrastructure controls.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with cross-team collaboration ability.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Power BI.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with control frameworks and regulations (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
• Relevant certifications (CISA, CRISC).
