HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to offer rollout.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding activities and participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and hiring events.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment laws.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and interview techniques.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and HR databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws, recruitment compliance, and HR best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
