Position: Recruiter Intern

Mode: Remote | Flexible Hours

Duration: 3 Months / 6 Months

Role Summary

The Recruiter Intern will work closely with the EarlyJobs Talent Acquisition team to support sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various internships and job roles. You will gain real-world exposure to recruitment processes, candidate communication, and AI-driven assessment tools.

This internship is ideal for students aspiring to build careers in HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Consulting, or People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidate profiles from the EarlyJobs Talent Pool and external platforms
• Conduct preliminary screening via calls, chats, or structured questionnaires
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate data using internal CRM tools
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day hiring operations
• Provide weekly reports on sourcing, screening, and conversions
• Support recruitment drives and college partnership initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing UG/PG in any discipline
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to interact confidently with candidates
• Basic understanding of hiring, HR, or corporate roles (preferred, not mandatory)
• Laptop + stable internet connection + Mobile Phone
