Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, be well-organized, and ready to take ownership of end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records accurately
• Assist in onboarding processes including offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates
• Support HR team with other administrative and recruitment-related tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 months of experience in recruitment or HR operations
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in HSR Layout, Bangalore
• Immediate joiners preferred
