Search and identify relevant tenders from portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other government/private tender portals. Review tender documents, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria. Prepare technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements. Coordinate with engineering, estimation, finance, and management teams for required documents and approvals. Maintain tender documentation including EMD, bank guarantees, and compliance documents. Ensure timely submission of bids with proper documentation. Track tender status, results, and follow-up with clients when required. Maintain a database of submitted tenders and outcomes. Assist in preparing cost estimation, BOQ analysis, and bid comparison. Ensure compliance with company policies and tender requirements.
