Job Role: Lead Generation Executive

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
• Strong sales experience required (Minimum 6 months – 1 year)

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to generate and qualify leads
• Scheduling appointments for the sales team
• Regular follow-ups with prospective customers
• Maintaining and updating records in CRM
• Ensuring lead conversion and customer engagement

Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts
• Rotational weekly off

Salary Details:

• 1 Year Experience: CTC ₹24,597 | In-hand ₹20,800
• 6 Months Experience: CTC ₹23,797 | In-hand ₹19,800
