Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Java, Node.js, React.js)

Location: Noida, Delhi NCR (Work from Office)

Experience: 4+ Years

Salary: ₹8–12 LPA (Based on experience)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or up to 15 days

Interview Process: 2 Virtual Rounds + 2 Face-to-Face Rounds (Only local candidates from Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon will be considered)

Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, and React.js to join a high-performing development team. The ideal candidate will work across the stack to build robust backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces, contributing to scalable and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development (Java & Node.js):

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js.
• Optimize backend logic and database schema for high performance and scalability.
• Implement authentication/authorization protocols (e.g., JWT, OAuth2).
• Work on microservices architecture and deploy via cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Frontend Development (React.js):

• Build responsive, reusable UI components using React.js.
• Implement state management with Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
• Integrate frontend with RESTful APIs and backend services.

General:

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprints (Scrum/Kanban).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Conduct peer code reviews and support in debugging and issue resolution.
• Deliver clean, documented, and testable code.

• Web Tech: HTML/HTML5, CSS/SCSS, Tailwind CSS, AJAX, Bootstrap
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket
• Tools & Dev Stack: VS Code, NPM, Gulp, Grunt, JIRA, Angular CLI
• Cloud/DevOps: Basic knowledge of deployment to AWS/GCP/Azure
• Operating Systems: Windows, Mac

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be based in Delhi, Noida, or Gurgaon
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on full-stack development experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be available for on-site interviews and daily office presence
