Job Description:

As a Front Line Sales Manager / Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving direct sales of life insurance products through field visits and client interactions. The role involves building long-term customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a strong market presence for the organization in the Pune region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through direct channel (Life Insurance vertical)

• Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential customers

• Meet individual and branch-level sales targets

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals and referrals

• Conduct product presentations and explain policy benefits clearly

• Ensure 100% compliance and accurate documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation in any discipline

• 1–5 years of field sales experience (Insurance / BFSI preferred)

• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may apply

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory

• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
