FRANCHISE SUCCESS MANAGER

EarlyJobs is expanding its reach through a robust franchise network, and as a Franchise Success Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our partners thrive, align with our vision, and deliver outstanding results across PAN India from our Bangalore hub. This role focuses on empowering franchises to maximize their potential in the hiring solutions space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the onboarding and comprehensive training of new franchise partners, covering EarlyJobs' processes, tools, branding guidelines, and best practices for operations.
• Continuously monitor franchise performance through daily activity logs, KPI dashboards, and regular audits to ensure compliance and goal achievement.
• Provide hands-on support to franchises in areas like hiring demand generation, execution of placements, and leveraging our SaaS tools for efficiency.
• Swiftly resolve operational, coordination, or technical issues faced by franchises, acting as a reliable troubleshooter and advisor.
• Drive the adoption of EarlyJobs' standardized processes, digital tools, and updates, conducting workshops and feedback sessions to enhance implementation.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for franchise challenges, mediating disputes, and collaborating with internal teams to find sustainable solutions.
