• Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies, partnership developments, and geographic expansions by conducting research, negotiating deals, and overseeing rollout plans.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), interactive dashboards, and execution frameworks to streamline processes across the organization.
• Facilitate coordination among diverse teams including sales, delivery, franchises, and college partnerships to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
