Role Overview

As part of the Founder’s Office – Growth, you will handle end-to-end onboarding and activation of hiring clients and candidates on the EarlyJobs platform.

Your responsibility is to convert signed companies and registered candidates into active hiring pipelines.

You will work closely with founders, sales, operations, and recruiter teams on daily execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard hiring companies and activate live job requirements
• Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure profile completion
• Manage employer–candidate pipeline activation
• Follow up on inactive clients, candidates, and stalled hiring processes
• Ensure hiring requirements are clearly mapped to recruiter teams
• Track onboarding metrics and maintain daily execution reports
• Support growth experiments to reduce hiring turnaround time

Skills & Requirements

• 0–2 years experience (HR Ops, Operations, Client Success, Sales Ops preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders daily
• Process-driven and execution-focused mindset
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and coordination
• Bangalore-based candidates preferred (Onsite role)
• Startup execution mindset is mandatory
