Founder’s Office – Generalist

About the Role

This role sits at the heart of the organization and works directly with the Founder’s Office on execution-heavy, high-impact initiatives. As a Generalist, you will support multiple strategic and operational priorities across growth, partnerships, operations, and internal coordination.

This is a fast-paced role designed for individuals who enjoy solving problems, taking ownership, and learning how an early-stage company is built and scaled from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder’s Office on day-to-day execution of priority initiatives
• Support partnerships, outreach, and follow-ups with colleges, enterprises, and ecosystem partners
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns, webinars, workshops, and on-ground activities
• Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, marketing, tech) to ensure smooth execution
• Track tasks, maintain basic reports, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Help in documentation, proposals, presentations, and internal process improvements
• Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them to closure
