Huntlo is building an Agentic AI infrastructure for recruitment. Our platform helps organisations automate and streamline recruitment workflows, including candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, interview scheduling, and recruiter operations.

We are looking for enthusiastic and technology-oriented Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) who will work closely with our clients to deploy, configure, implement, and optimise Huntlo's AI-powered recruitment solutions.

Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will act as the technical bridge between Huntlo's product and its customers. You will work directly at client locations, understand their recruitment processes, implement Huntlo solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure successful adoption of the platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to AI, technology implementation, client engagement, and real-world problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Huntlo's AI-powered recruitment platform at client locations.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into product configurations and workflows.
• Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to implement AI-driven hiring processes.
• Assist clients with platform onboarding, training, and adoption.
• Identify technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with the product and engineering teams.
• Gather client feedback and communicate product improvement requirements.
• Monitor implementation progress and ensure smooth platform operations.
• Support integrations, workflow automation, and API-based implementations wherever required.
• Ensure clients are effectively using Huntlo's AI capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Basic understanding of software applications, web technologies, and databases.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work from client offices as required.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a client-facing environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, or integrations.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, or automation platforms.
• Understanding of SaaS products and software implementation.

These are preferred skills, not mandatory requirements.
