Job Description:

Sudha Fashion is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management. Candidates with prior experience in a jewellery shop or retail showroom background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive schedules, appointments, and daily calendars.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
• Coordinate with showroom staff, vendors, and customers as required.
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
• Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
• Assist in daily showroom and office operations.
• Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.
• Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Jewellery shop / retail showroom background preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, English, and Tamil.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Professional attitude and presentable personality.
