Job Purpose:

The Education Counsellor (Sales) / Career Development Advisor will guide prospective learners in selecting suitable educational programs while driving enrolments through consultative selling and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with students via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
• Understand student goals and provide personalized program guidance
• Handle end-to-end admission process from enquiry to enrolment
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
