Position: DRA Certified Telecaller – Collections

Location: Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Vacancies: 10

Qualification: HSC / 12th Pass or Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Banking/NBFC Collections

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (depending on interview)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue loan and credit card payments.
• Follow up with customers and negotiate payment commitments.
• Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure all collection activities are carried out as per RBI and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
• Handle customer queries and difficult conversations professionally.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team when required.
• Maintain customer confidentiality at all times.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate is mandatory.
• Minimum qualification: HSC / 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Banking/NBFC Collections.
• Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
• English communication will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
