Important Note:
We are looking for Immediate Joiners who are comfortable working from the office. Only Direct Walk-in Interviews will be conducted.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate can apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any BPO is mandatory
Shift Details
- Rotational Shift between 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM
- 9 working hours per shift
Salary
- CTC: ₹2.1 LPA
- Take Home: ₹17,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through email, chat, and web chat platforms
- Provide prompt and effective resolutions to customer concerns
- Deliver quality English chat support to customers
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in non-voice processes such as chat or email support
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of telecom process preferred
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of email drafting and customer handling
