Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CyberSecurity Specialist to implement, monitor, and manage IT and OT security policies following industry best practices. The candidate should have deep expertise in ISA/IEC standards and CIS benchmarks with hands-on experience in active security configurations and audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ISA/IEC-62443-3-3 and CIS Benchmarks best practices through Active Directory (AD).
• Review network security protocols, especially in OT environments.
• Conduct configuration reviews of security devices and implement OS hardening.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IT and OT security policies.
• Perform security audits and vulnerability assessments (VAPT).
• Ensure secure authentication and authorization solutions.
• Apply knowledge of compliance frameworks: NERC-CIPS, NIST-CSF, NIST 800-82.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve security incidents and strengthen security posture.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders regarding security status and risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ISA/IEC-62443-3-3 and CIS Benchmarks implementation through AD.
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in OT environments.
• Knowledge of network security protocols, IT audits, and OS hardening.
• Experience with OT security, VAPT, and authentication/authorization solutions.
• Familiarity with NERC-CIPS, NIST-CSF, NIST 800-82 standards.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in high-security environments.
• Exposure to regulatory compliance in IT/OT environments.
• Hands-on experience in both IT and OT security implementation projects.
