🌟 Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle customer interactions for the Flipkart Voice Process. You’ll manage queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
• 🛠️ Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
• ⭐ Maintain high-quality service standards as per Flipkart guidelines
• 📝 Update call records and maintain accurate documentation
• 🤝 Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
• 🎯 Meet performance metrics including quality, attendance, and productivity

💡 Eligibility Criteria

• 🎓 Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above
• 👩‍💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year in any domain
• 🗣️ Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory)
• 🔄 Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• ⚡ Immediate joiners preferred

🎁 Salary & Benefits

• 💰 CTC: ₹26,000/month
• 💵 Take-Home Salary: ₹22,000/month
• 🎯 Attendance Bonus: ₹3,500/month
