Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for the FRM Process in Kolkata. Candidates should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi and be comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
• Communicate with customers professionally in English and Hindi.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Accurately record and update customer information.
• Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduates preferred; undergraduates can also apply.
• Freshers and candidates with experience can apply.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts (24x7 environment).
• Candidates must be willing to work from the office.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits

For Freshers

• Monthly CTC: ₹16,000
• Approx. In-hand Salary: ₹11,240

For Experienced Candidates – Minimum 1 Year Experience

• Monthly CTC: ₹18,000
• Approx. In-hand Salary: ₹13,163
• Quarterly Performance Bonus: ₹3,192

• 6 working days per week
• 1 rotational weekly off
• Shift Duration: 9 hours
• Working Hours: 8 hours
• Break: 1 hour
• Shift: Rotational / 24x7
