Customer Service + Renewals

We are currently hiring dynamic and goal-oriented individuals for the position of Telesales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and career growth in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed at least 12th grade (Higher Secondary). Graduates will also be considered.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a telesales or telecalling role is mandatory. Prior experience in a BPO voice process will be an added advantage.
• Communication Skills: Applicants should possess excellent verbal communication skills, with clear diction and clarity in speech. The ability to convince and influence customers effectively is crucial.
• Customer Handling: The role involves interacting with a high volume of customers over the phone. Candidates must be confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections smartly.
• Sales Orientation: The ideal candidate should be motivated by targets and incentives, with a proven ability to close sales over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant product or service information.
• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.

Languages Requirement:

1. Languages: Tamil + English(5 roles)
2. Languages: Tamil + Telugu(2 roles)
3. Languages: Tamil + Malayalam(2 roles)

Eligibility: HSC Pass | Age: 22–37

Experience: Min. 1 year in Customer Service / Renewals / Upselling

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand (Based on last drawn) Only for Malayalam can go up to 26K take home

Shift:  2 Rotational Weekday Off (Between Mon–Fri)

Females: 10 AM – 7 PM

Males: 12 PM – 9 PM
