Job Profile: Customer Service Executive

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th pass is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an outbound customer service role.
• Prior BPO voice process experience will be an added advantage.
• Candidates must have experience in customer interaction and convincing skills.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in Bengali is mandatory.
• Must have strong verbal communication skills.
• Should possess clear diction and clarity in speech.
• Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
• Should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers.
• Provide accurate information about products/services.
• Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
• Handle objections and ensure positive customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
