Position: Clinical Manager

We are inviting applications from passionate and qualified professionals to lead and manage our clinical and psychosocial rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations in the psychosocial rehabilitation facility.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of mental health professionals, including social workers, psychologists, and counsellors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients.
• Ensure adherence to clinical and ethical standards in all interventions.
• Facilitate case conferences, assessments, and therapeutic group sessions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and external stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
• Monitor program outcomes and support research/innovation in psychosocial rehabilitation.
• Contribute to organizational development, capacity building, and advocacy initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology, or equivalent qualification in mental and behavioural health sciences.
• MPhil/PhD will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in a psychosocial rehabilitation facility.
