We are now hiring skilled chefs to support our franchisee partners and ensure a consistent, high-quality dining experience for our customers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Chef who can prepare a wide range of cuisines including Chinese, Indian, and North Indian dishes, along with handling other regular kitchen responsibilities. This role is critical for ensuring food quality, taste, hygiene, and consistency across all Happiness Cakes franchisee restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Chinese, Indian, and North Indian dishes according to menu requirements.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all food items.
• Assist in planning menus, specials, and new food items as per customer preferences.
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and coordinate with management for procurement.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff on preparation techniques and safety practices.
• Work closely with franchisee owners to align with Happiness Cakes’ quality standards.
• Handle customer-specific requests and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
• Strong skills in Chinese, and North Indian cuisine.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Minimum qualification: 10th pass; Culinary training/certification will be an added advantage.
