- Profile: Chat Support Executive
- Location: Noida – Sector 62 & 63
- Industry: E-Commerce
- Experience:E-Commerce Customer Service experience is mandatory
- Chat Support experience is preferred, minimum 6 months.
- Salary / Monthly CTC:Freshers – ₹18,000 | Versant 5
- 6+ Months – ₹19,000 | Versant 4
- 12+ Months – ₹21,000 | Versant 4
- 18+ Months – ₹22,000 | Versant 4
- 24+ Months – ₹24,000 | Versant 5
- Skills Required:Good written and spoken English
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Comfortable working in a 24×7 operations environment
- Working Days: 6 days working with 1 rotational week-off
- Shift Timings:24×7 rotational shifts
- Female candidates: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM shifts only
- Work Mode: Work From Office
