Role Overview

As a Business Development & Partnership Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Finwisor’s partner network. You will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and engaging potential partners such as CAs and financial professionals, and setting up meetings between them and Finwisor’s co-founders. Your proactive outreach and relationship-building skills will help establish strong, long-term collaborations that drive Finwisor’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach: Initiate calls and reach out to CAs, financial advisors, and other potential partners to introduce Finwisor’s offerings.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads through brief discussions and identify those best aligned with Finwisor’s partnership objectives.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and confirm meetings between qualified prospects and the company’s co-founders to explore partnership opportunities.
• Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Maintain consistent communication with potential partners to nurture relationships and move them toward collaboration.
• CRM Management: Accurately log calls, meeting details, and updates in the CRM to track progress and ensure smooth coordination with the leadership team.
• Market Insights: Gather and share feedback from conversations to enhance Finwisor’s partnership and communication strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or telecalling, preferably in financial services or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional demeanor.
• High level of persistence, motivation, and goal orientation, with the ability to handle rejections positively.
• Basic understanding of financial products or wealth management (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
