Designation- Business Development Executive Location: Remote Shift: Night Shift

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with a passion for education and training to join our remote team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in selling training courses or educational programs and possess a strong sales enthusiasm and a relentless, never-quit attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

 Actively sell and promote our services (Job Placement programme) to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online meetings.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.

 Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

 Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our training courses to showcase their value and benefits.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials that enhance sales efforts.

 Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our courses in the market.

 Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Qualifications:

 Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, specifically in training or educational course sales.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
