Location: Ganga Nagar, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

Work Type: Full-time, in-office

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

Village Company is looking for a Business Analyst who can work with data, create reports, and support decision-making processes. This role requires someone with strong analytical ability, excellent Excel skills, and familiarity with AI-driven tools to optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable business insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Excel.
• Collaborate with management to understand business requirements and suggest improvements.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to automate tasks, generate reports, or optimize research.
• Assist in strategy development, process improvement, and performance tracking.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, reporting).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools is a strong plus.
• Ability to present data in a simple, understandable way.

Assessment Process

• In-office Excel assignment to test analytical and reporting skills.
• Interview with the hiring team.
