Role Overview:

We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst with proven experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and Agile project methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and refine user stories, ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions, and coordinate effectively with QA teams for end-to-end validation.

This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Capture, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
• User Story Management: Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and organize/refine them in the product backlog.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding of objectives.
• Testing Support: Review and validate test cases, resolve QA queries, and ensure alignment between delivered features and business needs.
• Project Delivery: Manage multiple Agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to business goals.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation including requirement specifications, workflows, and process maps.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and recommend automation or efficiency improvements.
• Salesforce Coordination: Collaborate with Salesforce teams for configuration validation, functional testing, and release management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Salesforce or technology-driven environments.
• Proficiency in requirement documentation, user story creation, and backlog refinement.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with an ability to break down complex requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce CRM as an end-user or admin (Salesforce Admin certification is a plus).
• Basic understanding of testing processes, functional validation, and QA coordination.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for business insights.
