Associate Consultant- ECSSSP

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Associate Consultant – ECSSSP to join our team in Pune. The candidate will collaborate with sales and internal teams to design and present innovative network solutions that address customer challenges and business objectives. This role requires strong client-facing skills, pre-sales expertise, and the ability to stay updated on the latest networking technologies and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and pain points through active listening and insightful questioning.
• Design and present network solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Develop and deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations showcasing network solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams (engineering, marketing) to develop proposal responses and solution documents.
• Stay up to date on latest network technologies and industry trends through continuous learning.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate new leads.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide consultative support during pre-sales activities.

Mandatory Skills:

• Knowledge of pre-sales processes in IT/Networking solutions.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for proposal and solution development.

Language Skills:

• English – strong proficiency for client interaction, documentation, and presentations.

Experience Required:

• 0 – 3 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, consulting, or networking solution roles.
