🧩 Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Agency Engagement Consultant to manage and strengthen relationships with our agency partners. This role involves ensuring consistent engagement, driving performance, and supporting agency partners with their business needs.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned agency partners
• Engage agencies regularly to ensure support and high performance
• Provide training, guidance, and timely resolution of queries
• Promote services and offerings to improve agency sales outcomes
• Track performance metrics and share insights for improvement
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure partner success

🧠 Key Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada
• Sales and customer support experience is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
