Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the career services team, ensuring effective delivery of services to students.

2. Develop and implement comprehensive career development programs, workshops, and resources.

3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with employers to identify internship and job placement opportunities.

4. Provide individualized career counseling, resume reviews, and interview preparation to students.

5. Organize and execute career fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events.

6. Track, analyze, and report on student placement data and career outcomes.

7. Collaborate with academic departments to integrate career readiness into the curriculum.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in career services, talent acquisition, or human resources within an educational setting.

2. Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders (students, employers, faculty).

5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting on career outcomes.

6. In-depth understanding of current job market trends and industry demands.
