Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and confident Telesales Representative to join our team in Sector 127, Noida. This role is ideal for candidates who are great at communication and looking to start or grow a career in telesales. Freshers are welcome!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
• Handle customer queries effectively and professionally
• Convert leads into sales and maintain client follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain data and call records in Excel and other tools
• Deliver excellent customer experience over phone

Key Skills:

• Strong verbal communication in English & Hindi
• Good interpersonal and listening skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
