Telecalling Associate

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tele Counsellor to join our Domestic Voice Process team. As a key member of our customer engagement department, you will be responsible for providing personalized counselling and support to prospective and existing clients over the phone. Your role will involve understanding client needs, offering expert guidance about our services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to engage with clients.
• Provide accurate and personalized information based on customer needs.
• Address client queries and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
• Follow up on leads and assist in converting them into successful engagements.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.

Requirements:

• Graduate or 12th pass (with result).
• Prior experience in voice process/customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
