About the Role

HDFC is seeking energetic and self-motivated professionals to join as Relationship Managers in our Mortgage Sales division. This is a client-facing, field-based role that involves managing loan and mortgage sales across assigned areas of the city.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Area Mapping:

Regularly identify and explore new sources of leads within your assigned geography. Share progress with your reporting manager during daily team huddles.

🔹 Client and Source Management:

Develop and manage strong relationships with potential customers and channel partners to drive business growth.

🔹 Sales Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain complete and accurate sales reports. Ensure all required documentation is collected and submitted correctly.

🔹 Customer Service:

Ensure excellent customer experience by providing clear guidance and support throughout the loan process.

Candidate Profile

✅ Education: Graduate from any stream (10+2+3)

✅ Experience: 0 to 5 years (Preference for candidates from BFSI or NBFC sales)

✅ Languages: Strong communication in English and Tamil

✅ Mobility Requirement:

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license – as this role requires frequent local travel for client meetings, document collection, and sales-related visits.

✅ Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
