International Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as International Customer Support Executives. This role involves handling customer queries through a chat-based platform in a simulated environment. You will need excellent written English skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong customer-first approach.

Roles & Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via live chat or email in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.

Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or resolve issues effectively.

Follow communication workflows while maintaining a natural and friendly tone.

Document all interactions clearly and concisely in the system.

Escalate complex queries to the relevant department when necessary.

Stay updated with product knowledge, services, policies, and procedures.

Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and empathetic support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent written English with strong grammar and punctuation.

Strong reading comprehension and analytical problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office tools, email writing, and internet browsing.

Good typing speed with accuracy.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Prior customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory).

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Eligibility & Salary

Freshers: Starting at ₹16,000 per month.

Experienced (1+ years): Up to ₹30,000 (based on performance in interview).

Round 2: In-Office Assessment (for shortlisted candidates)

Round 3: Walk-in Interview
