Job Title: International Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused International Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide world-class service to our global customer base, handling inquiries and resolving issues across multiple channels including email, phone, and live chat. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and at least one other language, with a passion for helping people and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions or escalate to appropriate teams when necessary
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and support
• Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems
• Meet or exceed service-level agreements and customer satisfaction targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Logistics, etc.) to resolve customer concerns
• Adapt communication style based on cultural and linguistic differences
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with product updates and support best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in an international setting
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Spanish, French, German, Mandarin, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting SaaS, e-commerce, or tech products
• Familiarity with international shipping, billing, or localization practices
• Multilingual proficiency beyond two languages
