Job Summary:

As a Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM), you will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of customers and driving the sales of banking products and services. This role demands a proactive attitude in engaging with clients virtually, understanding their financial needs, and offering the most suitable banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

• Maintain continuous engagement with 500–600 mapped customers via calls as per contact policy.
• Accurately capture and update interaction details in CRM.
• Resolve customer queries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Promote digital banking services for enhanced customer experience.
• Profile customers to identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products.
• Monitor and manage account activities, including large transactions and potential closures.
• Control attrition and ensure customer retention through quality engagement.

Sales and Target Achievement:

• Meet assigned scorecard targets and portfolio benchmarks.
• Ensure proper cross-selling of financial products based on customer profiling.
• Drive penetration across all product categories – Third Party Products (TPP), Loans, Credit Cards, etc.
• Achieve portfolio growth through regular follow-ups and customer needs assessment.

Process Adherence:

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
• Log all interactions, transactions, and service requests accurately and promptly.
• Submit all financial transactions and documentation within defined timelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 0–3 years of experience in sales, banking, or customer service.
• Strong verbal communication in English and at least one regional language (Tamil, Kannada, or Hindi).
• Basic understanding of banking and financial products.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems.
• Highly motivated, customer-centric, and target-driven individual.

Stakeholder Interaction:

• Internal coordination with Sales Teams, Product Teams, and Operations.
• Interaction with external customers for relationship management and service delivery.
