Customer Support Executive (Voice & Sales)

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for our Voice & Sales Process. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, resolve issues, and promote company products and services. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a flair for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via voice calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Promote and upsell relevant products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call handling and sales conversions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools or internal systems.
• Adhere to quality assurance and compliance standards.
• Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in customer service or telesales (BPO experience is an advantage).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in voice-based BPO processes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
