About the Role

We’re hiring enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the role of Customer Service Associate in our Outbound Voice Process for projects like Tata Motors Sales L1 and Tyger Capital Linguistic. If you’re passionate about customer engagement and thrive in a high-energy environment, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Promote products or services with clear, persuasive communication

Perform payment follow-ups and manage collection calls

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions

Accurately log customer details and interactions in the system

Meet and exceed individual and team-based sales/collection targets

Candidate Requirements

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (10+2+3 minimum)

Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers welcome)

Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi

Age Limit: 18 – 30 years

Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication

Basic computer knowledge

Strong interpersonal and listening skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet goals

Quick adaptability to changing processes
