Job Title: Customer Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, recommending suitable products or services, and closing sales. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with new and existing customers via phone, email, or in person to understand their needs.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience and sales process.
• Stay up-to-date with product launches, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented and driven to meet or exceed sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
